Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program or using the services of Stri Wellness ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all online programs (live and self-paced) as well as offline residential programs conducted at venues globally.
Stri Wellness is a Yoga Alliance USA registered school (RYS, RPYT, RCYS, YACEP) with its registered office at India. Founded by Nisha Ahya (E-RYT 500, IAYT, MSc Yoga & Naturopathy), we offer specialised yoga teacher training and wellness programs for women — delivered online globally and through offline residential immersions at curated venues worldwide.
Online programs are delivered live via Zoom or as self-paced pre-recorded content accessible from anywhere in the world. Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device, and appropriate practice space.
Offline residential programs are immersive, full-time programs held at curated venues in India and internationally as announced. Accommodation and meals are included unless stated otherwise. Venue details and local logistics are shared upon enrolment confirmation.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion. Certain programs have prerequisites; it is your responsibility to ensure you meet them before enrolling.
If we cancel a program, all enrolled participants receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future batch. Stri Wellness is not liable for additional costs such as travel, visa, or accommodation booked independently.
Yoga Alliance certificates are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements including attendance (minimum 90%), assessments, practicum, and behavioural conduct. Stri Wellness and Yoga Alliance USA reserve the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met. For Yoga Alliance registration as RYT/E-RYT, participants must register independently with Yoga Alliance after receiving their certificate.
A minimum of 90% attendance is required for certification. For online live programs, sessions are recorded and available for review; however, recorded catch-up does not count towards live attendance hours. For residential programs, full participation in all scheduled sessions is expected.
All participants must maintain respectful, professional conduct. Stri Wellness reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others. For residential programs, participants must also respect the venue's rules and local customs.
Yoga and wellness programs involve physical activity. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to enrolment. Stri Wellness, its instructors, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or wellness regimen. For residential programs abroad, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and ensuring they hold appropriate travel documentation (passport, visa etc.).
For residential programs held outside your country of residence, you are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa, travel documents, and travel insurance. Stri Wellness does not provide visa assistance and is not responsible for visa refusals or travel disruptions. Program fees are non-refundable due to visa or travel issues unless covered under our standard cancellation policy.
All course materials — including manuals, videos, presentations, sequences, and website content — are the intellectual property of Stri Wellness and Nisha Ahya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials commercially without prior written consent. Session recordings provided for personal study may not be shared or redistributed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stri Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, regardless of where the program is held or where the participant is based.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
