Weather you are looking for daily yoga practice for maintaining or improving your health and immunity or you are looking for any specific support during your special time of Pregnancy, or you are a mature citizen and wish to go deeper into pranayama practice and age gracefully, we have all the practices to suit your needs and purpose.

We also offer kids yoga on every Sunday, for helping kids improve memory concentration and mindfulness.

We offer 1:1 Yoga Therapy classes, to help you feel better and faster the recovery or can be supportive therapy for your ongoing medical treatment.
