What is the structure and duration of the course?+
The online course runs for 8 weeks with classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 – 4:00 PM IST. It covers 12 in-depth modules spanning hormone health, yoga therapy, nutrition, gut health, sleep and chakra psychology.
Is the course online or residential?+
The current batch is live online. An offline 11-day full-time residential option is also available including accommodation and meals. Write to support@striwellness.com for dates and details.
Do I need yoga experience to enrol?+
A minimum of 6 months of personal yoga practice is required. This ensures you can safely perform and fully benefit from the yoga therapy techniques. Prior teaching experience is not required.
Is there a certification on completion?+
Yes. Upon successful completion you receive a Yoga Alliance YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) — globally recognised and a valuable credential in hormone yoga therapy.
How does yoga therapy contribute to hormone balance?+
Yoga therapy stimulates the endocrine glands, supports stress management, and restores hormonal balance through specific asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques. The scientific basis is covered in depth throughout the course.
